Lids and covers.- A metal box has a reduced upper part and a shoulder; the lid b fits down on the top of the box, leaving a space to facilitate opening by a coin &c. between the lower part of the flange b<1> and the shoulder. The flange b<1> is strengthened by turning up the lower edge of the metal so that the two thicknesses b<1>, b<2>, are in close contact.
