1,268,752. Load handling pallets. TOWERS (SUNDERLAND) Ltd. 15 April, 1969 [13 May, 1968; 12 Nov., 1968], Nos. 22654/68 and 53621/68. Heading B8H. A pallet for drums and like shaped articles comprises a plurality of upper and lower elements 32, 34 secured to connecting members 22, the respective upper and lower elements are offset relative to each other to permit nesting of empty pallets and their respective upper and lower surfaces have recesses 26 to locate drums and the like. Spacers 28 are provided between the elements 34 and the members 22 to allow four-way entry of the forks of a fork lift truck.
