Abstract

Description

SUPPORT POUR EMPECHER LE BASCULEMENT DES BOBINES DE TOLE DE FAIBLE LARGEUR La présente invention concerne un support pour empêcher le basculement de bobines constituées de bandes de tôle de faible largeur. Ces bobines de tôle sont destinées à permettre le défilement en continu d'une bande de tôle dans une presse d'emboutissage et/ou de découpe pour fabriquer des pièces en tôle notamment pour véhicules automobiles. Actuellement, pour entreposer de telles bobines, on utilise des supports comprenant chacun deux poutres parallèles fixées au sol et comportant sur leur face longitudinale supérieure une succession d'évidements en forme d'arc de cercle. Le rayon de cet arc de cercle correspond à celui des bobines, de sorte que chacun de ces évidements est apte à maintenir une bobine pour l'empêcher de rouler autour de son axe. Cependant, ce type de support ne permet pas d'empêcher le basculement latéral des bobines de faible largeur, en particulier celles dont la largeur est nettement inférieure au diamètre de la bobine. Or, le basculement latéral de telles bobines constitue un risque de blessure grave pour le personnel se trouvant à proximité des bobines. Le but de la présente invention est de remédier à cet inconvénient. Ce but est atteint, selon l'invention, grâce à un support pour empêcher le basculement de bobines constituées de bandes de tôle de faible largeur comprenant deux poutres parallèles comportant sur leur face longitudinale supérieure une succession d'évidements en forme d'arc de cercle, dont le rayon correspond à celui des bobines, chacun de ces évidements étant apte à maintenir une bobine pour l'empêcher de rouler autour de son axe, le support étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux parois parallèles s'étendant de part et d'autre des deux poutres et des deux faces latérales opposées des bobines pour empêcher le basculement de celles-ci.
