A roof structure is formed on a supporting framework of precast prestressed primary beams and precast concrete secondary beams 6 resting in seatings on the primary beams. Decking slabs 120 of wood wool ar foamed concrete placed over the framework act as permanent shuttering for in-situ cast concrete 23 poured over reinforcing wire mesh 30 and shear bars 10 linked by lacer bars 19 at intersections of the framework.
