Abstract
1,253,436. Vapour generators. MITSUBISHI JUKOGYO K.K. 6 Aug., 1969 [6 Aug., 1968], No. 39439/69. Heading F4A. A vapour generator particularly for raising steam, comprises boiler tubes 9, drum 8 and downcomer 7 interconnected through a liquid ejector 6 which is actuated by feed water supplied from a condensate ejector 4. Part of the steam from the drum 8 is fed by pipe 15 to the condensate ejector 4 the remainder being fed through a superheater 10 to a turbine 11 driving a generator G. A pump 13 delivers condensate from a condenser 12 to a deaerator 1. The water is then fed by a pump 2 through a heater 3 to the condensate ejector 4 whose outlet is connected to an economizer 5 which discharges to the liquid ejector 6. The ejectors 4, 6 may be combined as one integral unit disposed at the outlet of the economizer 5.
