Abstract

A mowing machine comprises a selfpropelled, self-loading agricultural vehicle which supports, by means of a three point lift linkage, at its forward end a mowing attachment which consists of a number of cutters 17 rotating in opposite senses about non-horizontal axes. The vehicle has a mechanism (5), Fig. 1 (not shown) for collecting material, i.e. mown grass, from the ground and feeding it into a hopper 7 defined by the walls 6.
