[Also in Division B8] An agricultural pick up trailer comprises a pick up mechanism 12, a feeding mechanism having tines 20 and an endless floor conveyor 5 driven by a variable speed unidirectional drive. The feed channel between slatted plates 8 and bars 27 has plates 36 having crop-cutting edges 37 projecting into the path of the crop. The plates 36 are mounted on arms 32 pivoted on a tube 31 extending between plates 30 and can be pivoted between the operative position and the inoperative dotted position and held therein by a retaining pin. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1,071,658.
