In a radial cylinder pump in which the pistons engage a bearing sleeve surrounding a crank pin, the liquid passes to the cylinder inlets via an axial bore and radial bores in the crank pin, between the inner surface of the bearing sleeve and the crank pin periphery on which the sleeve is loosely fitted. The shaft bearings may also be lubricated by liquid induced to flow-via the bearings to the cylinder inlets.
