Abstract

1,006,852. Hydraulic reciprocating motors and pumps. H. THOMA. Sept. 24, 1963 [Oct. 9, 1962], No. 37536/63. Heading F1A. In a swash-plate pump or motor, the piston slippers 7 have spaced flanges 9 and 10 for engagement by a nutating plate 14, to maintain the slippers in the same plane during the intake and discharge strokes. Plate 14 has radial slots 12, Fig. 2, for locating the slippers. Sleeve 15 supports plate 14 and may be biased towards the swash-plate by a spring 16.
