1278547 Swash-plate pumps or motors MITSUBISHI JUKOGYO K K 30 July 1970 [1 Aug 1969] 37013/70 Heading F1A In a swash-plate pump or motor, the retaining plate 10 holding the piston slippers 8 against the swash-plate 7 is biased for inclinations of the swash-plate up to a predetermined angle by a relatively light spring 16 and fully expanded springs 12, spring 16 acting between a partspherical member 14 engaging plate 10 and an annular member 11 slidable on shaft 1 and having a portion 15 slidably supporting member 14, and for swash-plate inclinations above said angle, plate 10 engages the periphery 13 of member 11 at P to compress springs 12 and increase the holding pressure on the slippers.
