Abstract
1,156,868. Blowpipe burners. AIR REDUCTION CO. Inc. 17 April, 1968 [17 April, 1967], No. 18159/68. Heading F4T. A double-ended oxy-fuel burner for heating the inside surface of steel ladles has a vertical body portion 32 and a head 34 with tips 36 from which flames are projected, the parts being formed of concentric tubes to provide an inner tube for fuel, an intermediate annulus for oxygen and an outer jacket for cooling water.
