Abstract

1,151,453. Blow-pipe burners. MESSER GRIESHEIM G.m.b.H. 23 March, 1967, No. 13624/67. Heading F4T. A torch for welding or cutting metal has a fuel gas supply pipe with a tip 18 surrounded by a nozzle body 10 to which oxygen is supplied by a pipe 16 to mix with the fuel gas. The tip 18 is axially displaceable and the oxygen is supplied at a higher pressure than the fuel gas.
