Abstract

1,149,202. Moulding lipsticks. L'OREAL. 13 Sept., 1966 [13 Sept., 1965], No. 40928/66. Heading B5A. [Also in Division B8] A cosmetics stick container comprises a cylindrical body with a piston which is pushed to feed the stick, a detachable cover for closing one end and means, e.g. a flange at the other end to prevent the piston passing therethrough. The container is filled by passing liquid material through said other end with the detachable cover in place on the one end. The material is passed through a hole in the piston 7 which is later closed by a plug 12 or the piston is inserted after the container is filled. The piston has a flexible skirt and is shaped, 11, to key into the stick material.
