Abstract

875,889. Portable containers ; tablet dispensers. BETTS & CO. Ltd. Feb. 2, 1960 [Feb. 3, 1959], No. 3739/59. Classes 18 and 66. A tablet dispenser comprises an outer receptacle 1, an inner receptacle 2 open at both ends and forming a sliding fit in the outer receptacle, the upper end of the inner receptacle 2 having a neck as shown, and a cap 6 for the outer receptacle. Both receptacles may be formed by impact extrusion from aluminium. With the inner receptacle filled, the dispenser can be inverted to allow a tablet to escape through the neck of the inner receptacle into the space between the inner receptacle and the cap. The cap is moulded from a plastics material.
