Abstract

1,147,178. Fencing. ALBION BOX CO. Ltd. 20 Nov., 1967 [23 Nov., 1966], No. 52401/66. Heading E1B. A panel 1 for a fence or gate comprises two stile members 2 and two intermediate members 3 each comprising opposed recessed members 4 and 5 secured together by nails 9, the recesses overlapping and receiving horizontal slats 8. The stiles 2 have holes 11 for connection to posts. A bottom rail similar to top rail 10 may be provided. In a modification the recessed members are the top and bottom rails of the fence. Some slats may be omitted to form open panel. May be sold as kit of parts.
