Abstract

1534267 Fencing GREATER LONDON COUNCIL 18 Dec 1975 [20 Dec 1974] 55230/74 Heading E1B Parts for forming a fence comprise first identical elongate hollow members A having a mouth extending throughout their length, and second identical elongate members B. having their ends slidable along the interior of members A but not removable at right angles to members A. The members A or B may be horizontal or vertical in use the member A preferably being bolted to additional support posts and/or mounted on fixing blocks on support posts. Spacer blocks of similar shape to the end of a member B are used to space members B. In a fence with members B horizontal their edges may be bevelled at 30‹. The parts may also be used for, sheds, garages, compost frames, motorway noise or light barriers. The members may be erected to form a cavity wall and the space filled with sand. The members are made of G.R.C., wood or plastics.
