Abstract
113,850. Duggan, J. March 15, 1917. Conductors for electricity. - The span wires adjacent to the overhead conductors of electric tramways have hard-wood rollers mounted loosely thereon so as to prevent entanglement and damage by the collectors when they " jump " the conductor. Figs. 1 and 3 show the plan and end elevation respectively of a roller made in two parts coupled together by a pair of end rings B. Endlong movement is prevented by clips attached to the span wires.
