17,357. Hunter, S. A. Aug. 29. Electric railways and tramways with overhead conductors. Collectors.-One or two arms I, preferably insulated, are carried by plates E<1> which are connected by a yoke E<2> and are pivoted concentrically with the trolley wheel B on its spindle C. A cord H passing over a pulley G or other connection lifts the arms to a vertical position to aid in guiding the trolley wheel or other collector to the conductor. Springs surrounding the spindle C aid in returning the arms to their inoperative position.
