Abstract

196,798. Parodi, H. April 12, 1922. Conductors for electricity; guards for conductors.-In electric railway tracks with third or fourth rail conductor, the conductor rail 1 is bullheaded and is provided on its head with a high thin ridge 2 having a rounded apex 3 to prevent accumulation of snow and sleet and to provide an approximately linear contact as is the case with a trolly wire. The securing and guard systems are modified to suit the rail-section.
