Abstract
320,253. Rutnagur, S. M. Oct. 31, 1928. Addition to 318,666. Skate, collectors; conductors for electricity: guards for conductors.-The guard wires C', C<11> are transverse to the track, on both sides of and parallel to a stretched resilient contact P'. The contact P', Fig. 3, may consist either of a wire or metal strip insulated at i from springs s connected to hooks h', or of a spiral spring S' with a flexible wire core t in contact with the spring and insulated at k<1> from the hooks h'. The guard wires engage ramps K on either side of the con. ductor R which is mounted on bow or pantograph frames D with chains H to limit the upward movement. The conductors are connected by wire loops E secured to springs F. Specification 319,885. is referred to.
