Abstract

1,116,371. Lampholders. PRESSAC Ltd. 14 June, 1965, No. 25068/65. Heading H2E. In a lampholder for capless lamps wherein internal projections in the holder engage recesses in the " pinch " of the lamp, the contacts each have a main portion 16 with a terminal portion 19 at one end and a returned bowed portion 12 at the other. A pressed-out tongue 17 secures the contact in the holder. The terminal portion may be doubled back on the outside of the holder to form an earth connection when the holder is mounted in a printed circuit board.
