Abstract
Compounds of the general formula <FORM:1062563/C2/1> (wherein X is a hydrogen or halogen atom, a straight or branched chain C1- 5 alkyl group or a nitro group, and Y is a dialkylaminoalkyl, piperidnioalkyl, morpholinoalkyl, (1 - pyrrolidinyl)alkyl, (1-piperazinyl)alkyl or pyridylalkyl group, the alkylene residue in each case containing 1-5 carbon atoms) are prepared by reacting a compound of the formula <FORM:1062563/C2/2> or an alkali salt thereof, with YZ (wherein Z is a halogen atom or a reactive ester group). Acid addition salts of some of the products are prepared.
