Abstract

1,032,511. Valves. NOVO INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION. Jan. 8, 1963 [Jan. 8, 1962], No. 878/63. Heading F2V. [Also in Division F1] The flow of crankcase gears to an inlet manifold is controlled by a suction operated valve 26 comprising a tapered pin 42 urged by a spring 56 away from a metering orifice 52. As intake manifold suction, transmitted through opening 34, increases, the tapered portion 44 throttles the orifice 52 and reduces the flow of crankcase gears through the inlet 32 connected by a pipe to a space in communication with the crankcase.
