Abstract
Conformément à un mode de réalisation, un procédé de gravure comprend la formation d'une première couche 90 sur un substrat 10 ayant une surface principale comprenant des première et deuxième régions adjacentes l'une à l'autre, la première couche comprenant une portion recouvrant la première région et ayant une pluralité d'ouvertures ou une ou plusieurs ouvertures définissant une pluralité de portions en forme d'îlot, et la première couche comprenant en outre une portion sous la forme d'une couche continue recouvrant la deuxième région, la formation d'une couche de catalyseur 80 sur une ou plusieurs portions de la surface principale exposée dans les ouvertures par un placage, la formation d'une deuxième couche 95 pour recouvrir une portion de la couche de catalyseur 80 adjacente à une frontière entre les première et deuxième régions et exposer une portion de la couche de catalyseur 80 éloignée de la frontière, et la gravure du substrat 10 en présence de la couche de catalyseur 80 et de la deuxième couche 95.
