Abstract

Boîte de conservation sous vide et système de mise sous vide comprenant une telle boîte Cette boîte (40) de conservation sous vide comprend un récipient (60) et un couvercle (80) de fermeture du récipient. Le récipient comprend un corps (62) avec une paroi interne (64) et une paroi externe (66), la paroi interne délimitant un volume interne (V64) du récipient, le volume interne étant ouvert vers le haut lorsque le récipient est posé sur une surface (S) horizontale. Les parois interne (64) et externe (66) sont reliées entre elles au niveau d’un bord (68) et définissent entre elles une première cavité (V66), le bord présentant un contour fermé. Le couvercle (80) comprend un corps (82) avec un pourtour (84) présentant un contour fermé et destiné à venir en appui étanche contre le bord (68) du récipient (60) lorsque le couvercle est assemblé au récipient dans une configuration fermée de la boîte. La première cavité (V66) débouche vers le milieu extérieur par au moins une ouverture (70), chaque ouverture comprenant un premier clapet (72) anti-retour, qui autorise la circulation de gaz de la première cavité vers l’extérieur et interdit la circulation de gaz de l’extérieur vers la première cavité. La première cavité débouche vers le volume interne (V64) par au moins un passage (74). Figure pour l'abrégé : Figure 1
