Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un conteneur isotherme mobile et transportable. Il est constitué par la combinaison d'abord d'un caisson (1) muni d'une ou deux portes (3), ces éléments étant constitués d'une double paroi obtenue par rotomoulage de matière synthétique, les parois extérieures (4, 5, 6) comportant chacune une ou plusieurs nervures verticales (7) en creux et étant formée d'une partie externe mince compacte et d'une partie interne épaisse expansée avec cellules fermées formant isolant, la paroi intérieure, de même composition, comportant des nervures creuses horizontales, les nervures extérieures et intérieures étant rendues solidaires à leurs intersections, de manière à former un ensemble indéformable, ensuite de joints (13, 14) de portes disposés suivant un plan faisant un angle sensiblement égal à 45 degrés avec les parois extérieures, et de charnières (15, 16) avec axe en dehors du volume permettant une ouverture à 270 degrés, enfin d'un châssis (2) métallique inférieur supportant le caisson et pouvant porter des roulettes fixes ou orientables ou des pieds. Il est destiné au transport de tous produits périssables et plus particulièrement des denrées alimentaires, tels que légumes, viandes, plats cuisinés, etc.

Description

CONTENEUR ISOTHERME MOBILE ET TRANSPORTABLE
La présente invention a pour objet un conteneur isotherme mobile et transportable.
Il est destiné au transport de tous produits périssables et plus particulièrement des denrées alimentaires, tels que légumes, viandes, plats cuisinés, etc..
Les dispositifs réalisés à ce jour sont constitués de deux parois métalliques, ou en matière synthétique moulée, thermoformée ou encore mise en forme par rotomoulage, comportant entre elles un isolant généralement constitué d'une matière synthétique expansée en plaques ou obtenue par moussage in situ. Ces modes de construction nécessitent une armature entraînant une complexité d'assemblage et un alourdissement rendant la manutention oné¬ reuse. De plus, l'angle d'ouverture de la porte ne dépassant pas 180 degrés le conteneur ouvert devient très encombrant et impossible à déplacer (les portes recouvrant les poignées de manu¬ tention). Les réalisations actuellement fabriquées par rotomoulage, tout en permettant un gain de temps de fabrication, présentent des risques importants de déformation dans le temps dus à la grande difficulté de répartir uniformément la matière et aux contraintes internes produites par ce procédé, ce qui, le plus souvent, fausse l'ajustage des portes qui ferment mal, ce qui entraîne une perte d'étanchéité et d'isolation. Le dispositif suivant la présente invention supprime tous ces inconvénients. En effet, il est parfaitement indéformable, tout en présentant tous les avantages dus au rotomoulage utilisé pour sa fabrication, à savoir une très grande résistance aux chocs ainsi que l'absence d'armature métallique. En outre, l'isolant étant également réalisé par rotomoulage, son épaisseur est constante et les ponts thermiques sont réduits au minimum. La conception des joints de porte permet un centrage parfait de celles-ci. Enfin l'angle d'ouverture de la ou des portes de 270 degrés permet de rabattre celles-ci sur les parois latérales et d'obtenir ainsi un très faible encombrement lorsque le conteneur est ouvert, et le rend manutentionnable portes ouvertes. Il est constitué par la combinaison d ' abord d ' un caisson muni d ' une ou deux portes , ces éléments étant constitués d' une double paroi obtenue par rotomoulage de matière synthétique, les parois extérieures comportant chacune une ou plusieurs nervures verti- cales en creux et étant formée d ' une partie externe mince compacte et d ' une partie interne épaisse expansée avec cellules fermées formant isolant , la paroi intérieure, de même composition , comportant des nervures creuses horizontales, les nervures extérieures et intérieures étant rendues solidaires à leurs inter- sections , de manière à former un ensemble indéformable, ensuite de joints de portes disposés suivant un plan faisant un angle sensiblement égal à 45 degrés avec les parois extérieures, et de charnières avec axe en dehors du volume permettant une ouverture à 270 degrés, enfin d ' un châssis métallique inférieur supportant le caisson et pouvant porter des roulettes fixes ou orientables ou des pieds.
Sur les dessins anexés , donnés à titre d ' exemple non limitatif , d ' une des formes de réalisation de l 'objet de l ' invention : La figure 1 représente une vue schématique éclatée du dispositif. La figure 2 est un détail à une autre échelle des parois du caisson ou de la porte.
La figure 3 est une coupe transversale des parois à une échelle différente, montrant l ' intersection des nervures extérieures et intérieures. La figure A montre une variante du dispositif avec parois extérieures à nervure verticale unique et charnières réalisées par rotomoulage.
La figure 5 est une coupe, à une échelle , suivant les flèches A-A de la figure A. La figure 6 montre une étagère rotomoulée conservatrice de froid. Le dispositif, figure 1 à 6, est constitué d ' un caisson 1 reposant sur un châssis 2 et muni d ' une porte 3.
Le caisson 1 et la porte 3 comportent des doubles parois 10, 19 réalisés par rotomoulage de matière plastique à cellules fer- mees. Les parties latérales et 5 et le fond 6 du caisson , ainsi que la porte 3 sont pourvues de nervures creuses verticales 7 à l ' extérieur et horizontales 8 à l ' intérieur, ces nervures étant rendues solidaires à leurs intersections 9 pour obtenir une struc¬ ture indéformable à trois dimensions . La paroi extérieure 10 est formée d ' un partie externe 11 , mince compacte et colorée dans la masse , et d ' une partie interne 12 , épaisse , expansée par deuxième cuisson lors du rotomoulage et formant isolant. La paroi intérieure , fabriquée de la même manière comporte une partie mince 19 formant la surface interne du conteneur et une partie expansée 20.
Les nervures intérieures 8 jouent le rôle de glissières pour étagères ou tiroirs ( tiroir à neige carbonique ) . Les plans de joint 13 , 14 de la porte 3 et du caisson 1 forment avec les parois extérieures un angle de 45 degrés , en vue d 'obtenir un centrage parfait se conservant dans le temps. Les charnières sont soit en aluminium 15 , 16 , serrées dans le rotomou¬ lage , soit constituées de surépaisseur 21 créées au rotomoulage sur les nus extérieurs , disposées alternativement sur la porte 3 et le caisson 1 , séparées par des rondelles plastiques 22 et percées de manière à recevoir un axe tubulaire 23 en matière synthétique . L ' axe des charnières est situé en dehors du volume du caisson 1 pour permettre une ouverture à 270 degrés. Une poignée de manutention 17 est encastrée dans un évidement 18 de chaque angle vertical du caisson 1 , solidaire de celui-ci et auto- risant la manutention du conteneur porte ouverte .
Dans la version avec charnièresréalisées par rotomoulage, les poignées 17 côté charnière et fermeture sont prises dans le même système de surépaisseur. La poignée de la fermeture est creuse pour recevoir une tige de fermeture 24. Le conteneur peut être équipé de deux ou trois étagères mobiles 25 en rotomoulage , creuses et remplies d' un liquide ou fluide susceptible de conserver le froid , afin de faire fonction de "plaque eutectique" . Ces étagères sont pourvues de nervures 26 en relief pour faciliter le rangement des produits à conserver, ainsi que de creux 27 sur la face inférieure permettant une prise en main pour l ' extraction .
Le châssis métallique 2 est renforcé et taraudé aux quatre angles de manière à pouvoir recevoir des pieds ou des roulettes orien¬ tables ou fixes. Grâce à sa légèreté, à sa grande solidité, à sa résistance aux chocs et à ses qualités isothermiques , le dispositif qui vient d' être décrit se prête particulièrement bien à la réalisation de conteneurs destinés au transport de denrées périssables, parti¬ culièrement dans les circuits de distribution de produits alimen- taires.
Le positionnement des divers éléments constitutifs donnent à ce dispositif un maximum d ' effets utiles qui n' avaient pas été obtenus à ce jour par des dispositifs similaires.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1° Conteneur isotherme mobile et transportable, muni de poignées de manutention (17) encastrées dans un évidement (18) de chaque arête verticale et destiné au transport de tous produits péris¬ sables et plus particulièrement des denrées alimentaires, tels que légumes, viandes, plats cuisinés, etc., caractérisé par la combinaison d'un caisson (1) muni d'une ou deux portes (3), ces éléments étant constitués d'une double paroi obtenue par rotomoulage de matière synthétique, les parois extérieures verti¬ cales (4, 5, 6, 10) ainsi que la porte (3) comportant des nervures verticales en creux (7) et étant formées d'une partie externe (11) mince compacte et d'une partie interne (12) épaisse et expansée avec cellules fermées formant isolant, la paroi intérieure, de même composition, compacte (19) vers l'intérieur du conteneur et expansée (20), comportant des nervures creuses horizontales (8) servant de glissières pour étagères ou tiroirs, les nervures extérieures (7) et intérieures (8) étant rendues solidaires à leurs intersections (9) de manière à former une structure indéformable à trois dimensions.
2° Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, se caractérisant par le fait que la ou les portes (3) comportent des plans de joint (13, 14) faisant un angle sensiblement égal à 45 degrés avec les parois extérieures (10), et sont munies de charnières (15, 16) avec axes en dehors du volume permettant une ouverture à 270 degrés. 3° Dispositif suivant les revendications 1 et 2, se caractérisant par le fait que le caisson (1) repose sur un châssis métallique (2) équipé aux quatre angles de renforts taraudés pouvant recevoir des roulettes orientables ou des pieds. 4° Dispositif suivant les revendications 1, 2 et 3, se caracté- risant par le fait que la disposition des poignées (17) dans les évidements (18) autorise la manutention du conteneur portes ouvertes. 5° Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précé¬ dentes, se caractérisant par le fait que les charnières sont constituées de surépaisseurs (21 ) créées au rotomoulage sur les nus extérieurs , disposées alternativement sur la porte (3) et le caisson (1 ) , séparées par des rondelles plastiques (22) et percées de manière à recevoir un axe tubulaire (23) en matière synthétique, les poignées ( 17) côté charnière et fermeture étant prises dans le même système de surépaisseur, la poignée de la fermeture étant creuse pour recevoir une tige de fermeture (24) . 6° Dispositif suivant les revendications 1 , 2, 3 et 4 se caracté¬ risant par le fait que les charnières 15, 16 sont réalisées en aluminium et serrées dans le rotomoulage du caisson ( 1) et de la porte (3) . 7° Dispositif suivant l ' une quelconque des revendications précé- dentés , se caractérisant par le fait que le conteneur est équipé d ' étagères mobiles (25) en rotomoulage, creuses et remplies d ' un liquide ou fluide susceptible de conserver le froid.
