Les dispositifs réalisés à ce jour sont constitués de deux parois métalliques, ou en matière synthétique moulée, thermoformée ou encore mise en forme par rotomoulage, comportant entre elles un isolant généralement constitué d'une matière synthétique expansée en plaques ou obtenue par moussage in situ. Ces modes de construction nécessitent une armature entraînant une complexité d'assemblage et un alourdissement rendant la manutention oné¬ reuse. De plus, l'angle d'ouverture de la porte ne dépassant pas 180 degrés le conteneur ouvert devient très encombrant et impossible à déplacer (les portes recouvrant les poignées de manu¬ tention). Les réalisations actuellement fabriquées par rotomoulage, tout en permettant un gain de temps de fabrication, présentent des risques importants de déformation dans le temps dus à la grande difficulté de répartir uniformément la matière et aux contraintes internes produites par ce procédé, ce qui, le plus souvent, fausse l'ajustage des portes qui ferment mal, ce qui entraîne une perte d'étanchéité et d'isolation. Le dispositif suivant la présente invention supprime tous ces inconvénients. En effet, il est parfaitement indéformable, tout en présentant tous les avantages dus au rotomoulage utilisé pour sa fabrication, à savoir une très grande résistance aux chocs ainsi que l'absence d'armature métallique. En outre, l'isolant étant également réalisé par rotomoulage, son épaisseur est constante et les ponts thermiques sont réduits au minimum. La conception des joints de porte permet un centrage parfait de celles-ci. Enfin l'angle d'ouverture de la ou des portes de 270 degrés permet de rabattre celles-ci sur les parois latérales et d'obtenir ainsi un très faible encombrement lorsque le conteneur est ouvert, et le rend manutentionnable portes ouvertes.
