Abstract

본 고안은 밀폐용기에 관한 것으로서 용기의 상측과 더불어 바닥면도 개방시켜 놓음으로 입구가 된다. 따라서 용기의 몸체는 벽체로만 유지되며 상측 입구와 대향되는 하측 입구가 관통 되어진 형태로 이루어진 밀폐용기에 관한 것이다.

김치 및 반찬용 밀폐용기내의 양념이 잘 배이면서 내용물이 같이 잘 숙성되도록 뒤집어 사용할 수 있는 용기
본 고안은 밀폐용기에 상. 하측 부분이 모두 개방되어 지며 상. 하측의 개방 부에는 뚜껑이 각각 체결되어지는 고안에 관한것이다. 종래의 밀폐용기는 상측부분만 개방되어져 있으며 상측에는 뚜껑이 체결 되어있다. 내용물이 수용되는 벽체와 바닥부는 밀폐되어진 용기로서 김치를 담그거나 야채나 곡류 및 반찬을 담아놓는 용도로 사용되어져 왔었다.
이에 본 고안은 밀폐용기에 벽체 부분만 형성되어지고 상. 하측이 모두 개방 되어져 있으며 개방되어진 상. 하측에 뚜껑이 체결되어져 밀폐 되는 것으로서 용기내에 내용물 무게를 충분하게 받쳐주는 뚜껑이 되어야 하며 용기에 몸체와 뚜떵의 결참점 부분도 완전 밀폐가 이루어 져야 하는 기술적 과제가 완전하게 실행되어야 용기를 수납하고 인출하는 것이 반복적으로 수행 되어질때 뚜껑과 몸체의 결찰부분에서 김치국물이 유출되는 현상이 발생 하지 않게 되는것이다.
도1에서 도시된 바와 같이 용기 상. 하단 부분에 각각 윗뚜껑과 아래 뚜껑이 결합되어 있는 형태이다.
내용물이 (김치 등등) 숙성된후 김치 냉장고 및 냉장고 보관시 뒤집어 보관함으로써 취식시 내용물 겉부분을 걷어내고 속의 부분을 꺼낼 필요 없이 바로 꺼내 취식 할수 있으며 내용물 전체의 맛과 숙성을 일정하게 유지 시킬수 있다.

  1. 밀폐용기의 몸체는 상측과 하측이 개방되어져 있으며 사방면의 벽체로만 몸체를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기에 윗뚜껑과 및뚜껑을 포함하는 용기인 뚜껑이 2개인 용기.
