Abstract

L'invention concerne une cage (10) pour animaux de laboratoire comprenant un plateau (11) et un couvercle (12) pouvant être enlevé et permuté entre une première position de fermeture empêchant ainsi l'accès à l'espace intérieur (14) délimité par ledit plateau (11), et une deuxième position d'ouverture, à laquelle ledit espace intérieur (14) est accessible. Le couvercle (12) comprend au moins un crochet (21) faisant face à l'intérieur (14) du plateau (11) avec ledit couvercle (12) en première position de fermeture et se mettant en prise dans la deuxième position d'ouverture de telle manière que le couvercle (12) puisse être soulevé et enlevé du plateau (11). Le crochet (21) comprend également une portion de soutien en forme de crochet (21a) d'épaisseur t sensiblement constante, avec une portion de mise en prise (21b) présentant une largeur w plus grande que t, et en deuxième position d'ouverture, la portion (11) est saisie par ladite portion de mise en prise (21b).
