Abstract

The device has receiving pieces (20) placed in upstream of slides (16) for respectively receiving lower ends of posts (17) of a balustrade, when the posts are in protection position. The slides guide the balustrade and carried by end crosspieces (15) of a chassis. A ring (27) is provided on each one of extensions of the posts and crossed by a tab (25). The tab projects towards the exterior of an external side rail (14a) of the chassis. A locking pin (28) penetrates into a hole (26) of the tab to limit undesired extraction of the ring. The dimension of the pin is lager than that of the ring.

Description

L'invention est relative à un dispositif de positionnement et de calage d'un garde corps escamotable sur une plateforme support de banches. Dans la construction de batiments divers en béton moulé, il est connu, comme montré à la figure 1, de fixer en encorbellement contre les parois extérieures 2, précédemment coulées et décoffrées, des structures S en forme de console. Chacune d'elles présente une plateforme supérieure 4 saillant vers l'extérieur dans le prolongement du sommet de la paroi 2 et, éventuellement, du niveau de la dalle 5 posée à l'intérieur du batiment. Les diverses structures S forment autour de la construction une passerelle bordée par des garde corps 6 permettant au personnel de circuler sans risque de chute. La plateforme fait aussi fonction de surface d'appui pour les banches 7 et autres éléments servant au coffrage de la paroi supérieure suivante 2a. En général, dans chaque structure S, le châssis 3 de la plateforme supporte un platelage 1 et est lié à un cadre vertical 8 qui, servant à l'appui contre la paroi verticale 2, comporte un longeron horizontal 9 coopérant avec des crochets 10, fixés contre la face extérieure de la paroi. Chaque garde corps 6 est composé d'un cadre métallique 11 portant une grille métallique 12, visible aux figures 3 et 4. Pour réduire l'encombrement de la structure, aussi bien pour son stockage que pour son transport, le cadre 8, d'appui contre la paroi, est articulé sur la châssis de la plateforme de manière à pouvoir être rabattu contre ce châssis, après repliement des compas 13, tandis que le cadre 11 du garde corps est soit basculé contre et sur le dessus de la plateforme, soit désolidarisé de cette plateforme et posé sur la partie supérieure du châssis. Ces solutions ont pour inconvénients de nécessiter le recours à des outils pour démonter les fixations du garde corps sur le châssis, mais aussi de favoriser la détérioration du grillage de la plateforme repliée inférieure par les composants de la plateforme repliée empilée sur elle. Une autre solution consiste à aménagrer dans le châssis de la plateforme un logement pour tiroir pouvant recueillir le garde corps pour le protéger contre toute déformation due à l'empilage des plateformes. Toutefois, cette solution nécessite encore un outillage et du temps pour, dans la phase de rangement, désolidariser le garde corps de la plateforme et, inversement et dans la phase de mise en forme, pour le remonter et le lier par boulonnage au châssis de la platefrome. Le présente invention à pour objet de remédier à ces inconvénients en fournissant un dispositif de positionnement et de calage du garde corps escamotable d'une plateforme support de banches supprimant tout recours à un outillage pour monter et démonter le garde corps, tout en assurant le positionnement et le verrouillage du garde corps en position d'utilisation. Elle vise plus particulièrement les plateformes comprenant d'une part, un châssis horizontal reposant sur deux traverses extrêmes équipées de glissières délimitant un logement de rangement du garde corps, et, d'autre part, un garde corps, escamotable dans le logement est formé par un cadre porte grille dont les deux montants, coopérant avec les glissières, se prolongent au-delà de la traverse inférieure de ce cadre. Selon l'invention, le dispositif de positionnement et de calage comprend : - en amont de chacune des glissières formées sur les traverses extrêmes du châssis de la plateforme, une pièce d'accueil et de positionnement de l'extrémité inférieure du montant correspondant du garde corps, quand celui-ci est en position d'utilisation, - sur chacun des prolongements des deux montants du garde corps, une pièce en forme d'anneau apte à être traversée par une patte saillant du bord longitudinal extérieur du châssis de plateforme, - et une cheville de verrouillage apte à pénétrer dans un trou ménagé dans la patte du châssis pour empêcher toute extraction non désirée de l'anneau et 25 du garde corps. Avec cet agencement, pour amener une plateforme d'une position d'utilisation à une position de rangement il faut : - retirer les chevilles des pattes, - faire basculer le garde corps vers l'extérieur, pour extraire, hors des 30 pattes de calage, les anneaux de ses montants, - amener le garde corps dans une position sensiblement horizontale, dans laquelle il est dans le prolongement du logement ménagé sous le châssis de la plateforme, et faire glisser le garde corps à la façon d'un tiroir dans le dit logement. Le retour en position d'utilisation s'effectue de façon inverse, et se termine par la mise en place des chevilles de verrouillage dans les trous des pattes, pour assurer le blocage de chacun des montants du garde corps, dans la position qui lui a été donnée. Ces deux manoeuvres de rangement et de déploiement peuvent être réalisées par un seul homme et sans aucun outil, donc de manière beaucoup plus simple et plus rapide que les manoeuvres nécessaires pour les plateformes de l'état de la technique. Dans une forme d'exécution de l'invention, chacune des pièces d'accueil de l'extrémité d'un montant du garde corps présente une forme en W avec deux cavités ouvertes vers le haut, à savoir, une cavité amont apte à recevoir et positionner l'extrémité du montant quand le garde corps est sensiblement en position verticale, et une cavité aval, positionnant le montant, quand le garde corps est en position inclinée vers l'extérieur de la plateforme. L'appui des montants du garde corps contre le bord du châssis de la plateforme, bord formant point de basculement pour le réglage, et l'appui de leurs extrémités inférieures sur les deux seules pièces d'accueil en W, permet de donner à ces montants et sans grands efforts physiques, deux positions définies, stables et répétitives. D'autres caractéristiques et avantages ressortiront de la description qui suit en référence au dessin schématique annéxé montrant une forme d'exécution de ce dispositif. Figure 1 est une vue de coté en coupe verticale d'une plateforme de l'état de la technique quand elle est mise en place contre une paroi ; Figure 2 est une vue partielle en perspectiveet en élévation, montrant à échelle agrandie le bord extérieur du châssis d'une plateforme équipée d'une forme d'exécution du dispositif selon l'invention ; Figure 3 est une vue partielle en perspective et en élévation, montrant à 30 échelle agrandie, une forme d'exécution des moyens de verrouillage portés par les montants du garde corps; Figure 4 est une vue partielle, en élévation et à échelle encore plus agrandie, montrant les composants du dispositif selon l'invention quand ils sont en position de verrouillage. A la figure 1 et dans les diverses figures, la référence numérique 14 désigne les longerons du châssis de la plateforme et celle 15 les traverses extrêmes supportant ces longerons et portant des glissières en L 16, délimitant le logement de rangement du garde corps 6. La figure 3 montre que le cadre 11 du garde corps est solidaire de deux montants 17 dont les extrémités dépassent du longeron inférieur 11 a de ce cadre pour participer à sa fixation sur le châssis 3 de la plateforme. Le dispositif de positionnement et de verrouillage selon l'invention est réparti entre le châssis 3 de la plateforme et les montants 17 de chaque garde corps 6. Il comprend ainsi, sur chaque châssis 3 de plateforme, deux pièces d'accueil 20. Comme le montre plus en détail la figure 4, chaque pièce 20 est formée par un tronçon 20a de profilé en L retourné, dont l'aile verticale reçoit, sur son coté tourné vers l'intérieur du logement pour garde corps, un tôle 20b coudée et contrecoudée. Cette dernière forme ainsi un cavité amont 21, en forme de U à ailes évasées avec un fond plat 22, et une cavité aval 23 en forme de V. Le fond 22 de la cavité amont 21, qui est destiné à servir d'appui à l'extrémité inférieure du montant correspondant 17 du garde corps, quand celui-ci est dressé verticalement contre le bord de la plateforme, est horizontal et orthogonal à la face en bout de ce montant. Dans la cavité aval 23, qui est destinée à recevoir l'extrémité du même montant, mais quand celui-ci est incliné vers l'extérieur de la platefrome, comme montré en 6a à la figure 1, c'est l'aile 23a de la cavité en V qui reçoit l'appui du montant. Pour assurer un bon appui du montant 17 quand ce dernier est incliné, cette aile 23a est inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale de manière à être orthogonale à la face en bout du montant. La figure 4 montre aussi que : - l'aile 23a est prolongée par une partie coudée et verticale 30 qui, liée à l'extrémité de la glissière 16 correspondante, forme butée anti glissement en s'opposant au déplacement vers l'aval de l'extrémité du montant,quand il est en position dressée, - l'extrémité libre amont de l'aile 31 de la cavité amont 21 s'étend verticalement vers le haut à un niveau plus haut que celui des glissières 16, de manière à constituer une butée d'arret s'opposant à tout déplacement non désiré du garde corps hors de son logement. Le dispositif de positionnement et de verrouillage comprend aussi : - près de chacune des extrémités du longeron extérieur 14a du châssis de plateforme, une patte 25 en saillie vers l'extérieur, elle-même traversée par un trou 26, - a proximité de l'extrémité inférieure de chaque montant 17 et sous la traverse inférieure 11a , une pièce en forme d'anneau 27 apte à être traversée 15 par la patte 25, - et une cheville 28, plus grande que l'anneau 27, apte à être engagée dans le trou 26 de la patte 25, et reliée par un chainette 29 au montant 17 portant l'anneau avec lequel elle coopère pour verrouiller le garde corps. Quand le garde corps est en position de rangement dans le logement 20 formé par les glissières, il est totalement protégé par le châssis avec limitation des ses mouvements de translation par les ailes 31. Avec ce dispositif, la mise en position d'utilisation s'effectue rapidement sans utilisation d'aucun outil. Après extraction du garde corps, par coulissement hors de son logement, il est redressé et positionné, verticalement ou avec une 25 inclinaison, en prenant soin de l'appuyer contre le bord du longeron extérieur 14a du châssis et de vérifier l'engagement des anneaux 27 sur les pattes 25. Dispositif de positionnement et de calage d'un garde corps escamotable sur une plateforme support de banches, la dite plateforme (4) comprenant un châssis horizontal (3) reposant sur deux traverses extrêmes (15) délimitant un logement apte à recevoir le garde corps (6), tandis ce garde corps (6) est formé par un cadre (11) porte grille (12) et est solidaire de deux montants (17) se prolongeant au-delà de la traverse inférieure (11a) de ce cadre, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : - en amont de chacune des glissières (16) formées pour le guidage du garde corps (6) et portées par les traverses extrêmes (15) du châssis (3), une pièce (20) d'accueil de l'extrémité inférieure du montant correspondant (17) du garde corps, quand celui-ci est en position de protection, - sur chacun des prolongements des deux montants (17), une pièce (27) en forme d'anneau apte à être traversée par une patte (25) saillant vers l'extérieur 15 du longeron extérieur (14a) du châssis (3) de la plateforme, - et une cheville de verrouillage (28) de plus grande dimension que la pièce en forme d"anneau (27) et apte à pénétrer dans un trou (26) ménagé dans la patte (25) pour empêcher toute extraction non désirée de l'anneau.
