Abstract

The device has a female sleeve provided with an internal threading (2) and connected to a cable (3) by a ring (5) that is integral of the sleeve, where the internal threading adapts with a threading of a loose fastener (1). The cable is associated with a winder for winding the cable. The cable passes through a tube having external diameter as that of the sleeve, and is provided with a guard near an end of the tube so as to easily extract the loose fastener by putting pressure on the tube or the guard. An end of the cable connected to the sleeve is formed by a crimped ring (4).

Description

The present invention relates to a device for depositing the flying fasteners (1) consisting of a generally U-shaped support portion and a threaded rod at its end passing through a wall, serving for the temporary attachment to the facade of the Gangways. Corbelled work (PTE) following the removal of said bridges. When using Corbelled Work Gateways (ETPs), particularly during structural work, the removal of the flying fasteners (1), following the removal of the bridges, is an operation that regularly causes a risk of damage. falling hangers (1) when it is not possible to retrieve them from the outside or the upper floor. It therefore happens regularly that the flying fasteners (1) are thrown to the ground from the floor concerned. The present invention makes it possible to remedy this security problem. It comprises in fact, according to a first feature a female sleeve with an internal thread (2), connected to a cable (3), said internal thread fitting to the thread of the flying fastener (1). The sleeve (2) is connected to a cable (3) which allows the retention of the sleeve assembly (2) - flying fastener (1) to descend it in a controlled manner to the ground. Once the flying fastener (1) recovered on the ground by a second operator, the cable allows to go up the sleeve (2) through the hole left free in the wall to repeat the operation with the other flying fasteners (1).

According to particular embodiments The sleeve (2) is connected to the cable (3) by a ring (5) secured to the sleeve (2), the cable (3) is associated with a winder (10) for winding said cable (3) the cable (3) passes through a tube (7) of the same external diameter as that of the sleeve (2), provided with a guard (8) near an end of said tube (7), allowing extracting the flying fastener (1) more easily by exerting pressure on the tube (7) or the guard (8). The tube (7) also guides the sleeve (2) in the axis of the hole during the recovery of the sleeve (2). The tube (7) is provided with a slot (9) in the direction of the length of the end of the tube (7) to the guard (8) to insert the cable (3) so as not to damage the cable (3) while striking the pipe (7). The diameter of the ring (5) is smaller than the inside diameter of the tube (7), so as firstly not to damage the ring (5) when striking the tube (7) to release the flying fastener (1), and on the other hand that the sleeve (2) can be positioned naturally in the axis of the tube (7) by inserting the ring (5) in the tube (7) when pulling on the cable (3) to raise and recover the sleeve (2) after recovering the flying fastener (1) deposited. - The sleeve (2) has at the end connected to the cable a less thick part whose diameter allows it to be inserted into the tube (7), so that the sleeve (2) can be positioned naturally in the the axis of the tube (7) partially entering into it when pulling on the cable (3) to raise and recover the sleeve (2) after recovering the flying fastener (1) deposited. The ring (5) is connected to the cable (3) by a ball ring (9) allowing it free rotation, which prevents the cable (3) to twist. the sleeve (2) comprises a device (6) allowing it a free rotation, which prevents the cable (3) to twist and allows to screw on the fastener, flying (1) without deSolidariser rest. The sleeve (2) and its ring (5) are connected to the cable (3) by a removable ring, so as to avoid changing the entire device when the cable (3) is damaged. - The end of the cable (3) connected to the sleeve (2) is formed by a crimped ring (4). - The tube (7) can be flared at its end opposite the guard (8) for the sleeve (2) to be inserted more easily The tube (7) may comprise a groove with the edges softened at the bottom of its end opposed to the guard (8) so that the cable (3) does not damage and is guided during its passage. The tube (7) can be long enough to completely cross the wall and allow the flying fastener (1) not to touch the wall during its descent. The cable (3) can be wound on a crank drum or other winding system allowing controlled descent of the sleeve assembly (2) - flying fastener (1) and the raising of the sleeve (2) alone. - The sleeve (2) can be secured to the flying fastener (1) by any other means, such as the fastening pin by sleeve (2) and flying fastener (1) or the fastening by a sleeve (2) tightening the threaded rod of the flying fastener (1).

The sleeve (2) can be connected to the cable (3) by any other means such as, for example, the making of a hole in the direction of the length of the sleeve (2), crossed by a cable (3) provided with a end of the internal thread of the sleeve (2) which allows the retention of the sleeve (2) and its free rotation.
