Description

The present invention relates to a permanent draft for concrete floor aesthetic ceiling wood beam. The invention provides a global solution that allows a contractor to achieve a concrete floor that offers the user, in view of below the appearance of a floor made from wood beam. Commonly, concrete planks take on a flat, smooth appearance, whether it is the top of the floor or the bottom of the floor. There is no solution so far to achieve a concrete floor that has a low floor reminiscent of the floors made by 1 o carpenters. The invention proposes an innovative solution of permanent floor formwork that includes two permanent coffers, including beam formwork and inter-beam formwork. Permanent formwork is a formwork that is useful when pouring concrete and remains after curing concrete. A main object of the invention is to provide a device and method for manufacturing a concrete floor having a wood beam appearance on the lower floor. This device and this method have many advantages, both from the point of view of aesthetics, the strength, cost and quality. An object of the invention is to provide a device that is industrializable and the cost of manufacturing is economical.

An object of the invention is to provide a device that is solid and resistant to mixed constraints of transport, laying, and is reliable over time. An object of the invention is to provide a device whose implementation is simple and is accessible to a neophyte who can with a note of mounting perform the pose. An object of the invention is to reduce construction costs by providing a shoring system that is lightweight and easy to assemble. In a main aspect the invention comprises a formwork beam and 1 o formwork inter beam. In one aspect of the invention, beam formwork is a hollow beam. In one aspect of the invention, the inter-beam formwork is in the form of molded wood panels with improved appearance. In one aspect of the invention, inter-beam form panels are designed to be stackable and to withstand high loads. Other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description of an exemplary embodiment given by way of illustration, with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figures 1a and 1b show a sectional view and a perspective view of the timber beam formwork profile. FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a beam reinforcement according to the invention. FIG. 3 represents a sectional view of a floor according to the invention. Fig. 5 shows a side view of the inter-beam floor formwork. Fig. 6 shows a sectional view of the inter-beam floor formwork. Figs. 1a and 1b show a sectional view of the inter-beam floor formwork. a perspective view of the beam form beam profile (10). Seen from the ground the user sees a wood beam, the latter being simply constituted from the assembly of three profiles (10a, 10b, 10c). As shown in Figure lb in perspective, the assembly of these three profiles for constituting a hollow beam that will form concrete pouring for the realization of a floor (P). The inside of the beam being provided with a stirrup (12) which holds the beam reinforcement (20) positioned as prescribed inside the recess of the beam (10). The beam (10) being supported in the concrete pouring and setting phase. Figure 2 shows a perspective view of a beam reinforcement according to the invention. In this form the beam reinforcement (20) is constituted by three parallel bars (21, 22) forming an isosceles triangle in section, with a main beam bar (21) positioned at the bottom and at the tip of the triangle and two bars of floor (22) positioned above and included term in the floor thickness (P) and as shown in section in Figure 3 connected to a ply of reinforcement (25). The floor bars (22) and the beam bar being connected by a lattice reinforcement (23) of the current type. 3 shows a sectional view of a floor which comprises the beam formwork (10) and interframe formwork (40), more particularly described in FIGS. 4, 5 and 6. The floor (P) is made of concrete (B) a scrap layer (25) horizontal inside the thickness of the floor (P) is joined to the beam frames (20) which are positioned regularly parallel in support under the glaze of scrap (25) . Figure 4 shows a top view of inter-beam floor formwork (40). Preferably, the inter-beam floor formwork (40) is made of molded wood. This material has the advantage of being lightweight, easy to manufacture in industry and competitive in terms of cost. The form plate takes a rectangular shape, equal to the inter-beam distance 20 plus twice the width of a lateral retaining edge (42). Longitudinally, the plate of. inter-beam floor formwork (40) also has longitudinal retaining edges. (43) which enable contiguous joining of the plates together. FIG. 4 shows an inter-beam floor formwork plate (40) in solid line and the dotted start of a second inter-beam floor formwork plate (40). 5 shows a side view of the inter-beam floor formwork (40) which has a laterally curved aspect, the gondolas (44) which finally reproduce the effect of mini-beams which join the beams two by two, so as to give mechanical resistance to the plate which must withstand the gravitational efforts of the concrete during the casting phase before the concrete hardens. The inter-beam floor form plates (40) are stackable and easy to handle on site. In an improved appearance, these plates can be painted in the factory on their underside. In another improved aspect, in formwork phase, the inter-beam floor formwork (40) can be covered with a light polystyrene plate adopting a complementary shaped surface so as to lighten the floor by decreasing the thickness of concrete on the inter-beam area.

20 It can thus be seen that many variants that may possibly be combined can be made here without ever departing from the scope of the invention as defined below. 20
