Abstract

  DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

  With reference to FIG. 1, the amount 1 of the invention, here made of wood, has a generally isosceles trapezoidal cross-section, with parallel bases which define on the amount of the parallel faces 2,3, and inclined sides which define on the amount of inclined faces 4,5. Here, the inclined faces 4.5 make an angle α of 22.5 degrees with respect to a plane perpendicular to the parallel faces 2,3.

  The first inclined face 4 comprises a tenon 6, while the second inclined face 5 comprises a mortise 7 homologous.   The wall 100 formed by the uprights 1 of the invention can be reinforced externally as necessary by a corner post 30 which has a notch at 45 degrees and which extends against the wall on either side of the ridge between the wall portions 12 and 13, but also by a pole 31 placed substantially in the middle of a straight wall portion 12 and reinforced by a strut 32.

  Referring to Figure 3, the lower profile used to manufacture the rail 20 comprises a base 21 intended to bear on the slab 10. From the base 21 extend two wings 22 defining between them the rail into which are inserted the amounts 1.   The flange 40 is composed of sections of an upper profile (only one section is visible here) which are embedded on the upper end of the wall 100. The upper profile is preferably made of pultruded plastic material reinforced with glass fibers.

  The upper profile used for the manufacture of the flange comprises a plate 41 having an inner face of which extend a wall 42 and a stiffening box 43 which defines with the wall 42 a gutter 44 from overlapping the wall 100, as indicated by the arrow in Figure 4.

  As can be seen in FIG. 5, the upper profile sections are immobilized on the wall 100 by screws 45 passing through the uprights to cooperate with the box 43 and the wall 42.

  The plate 41 has an upper face of which a T-shaped beam 46 extends projecting.   The half-copings are furthermore secured to each other by means of bridges 70 preferably formed by folding a stainless steel plate (more particularly visible in FIG. 6), which are screwed onto the half-copings 50, 51 towards the ends of these.

  According to a particular aspect of the invention, the ribs 80 and the wedges 81 are fixed together (for example by gluing) to form an assembly cross. The cross thus formed comprises two branches (formed by the fishplates) which extend here at an angle of 135 degrees. This cross then forms an assembly template which ensures the correct positioning of the upper profile sections between them.

It will also be possible to produce studs comprising two studs associated with uprights comprising two mortises, which, however, requires two types of studs, which is less economically attractive.

  It is of course possible to make wall portions (planar or not) with amounts according to the invention arranged horizontally. But then it is necessary to provide junctions between the portions of walls, which does not seem economically advantageous.
