Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un dispositif destinés à l'homogénéisation d'un verre fondu dans un récipient pour verre fondu, dans lesquels au moins un dispositif d'agitation (10, 11) est disposé dans le récipient pour verre fondu, comprenant un arbre d'agitateur (10) et une pluralité de pales d'agitateur (11) et un intervalle (16) étant formé entre une zone de paroi du récipient (2) pour verre fondu et les pales d'agitateur (11).Selon l'invention, le dispositif d'agitation respectif provoque un effet d'avancement axial dans une zone d'agitation intérieure (12) située entre l'arbre d'agitateur (10) et les pales d'agitateur (11) afin de faire avancer le verre fondu dans la zone d'agitation le long de l'arbre d'agitateur (10). Un écoulement de verre fondu provoqué par l'effet d'avancement axial verrouille l'intervalle (16) à l'encontre d'un passage direct du verre fondu.Selon l'invention on peut obtenir un intervalle de très forte dimension, ce qui empêche l'abrasion de matériaux dans la zone de l'intervalle marginal. Ceci réduit également la complexité nécessaire pour le réglage du dispositif. Selon l'invention on peut obtenir un niveau d'homogénéisation élevé indépendamment du point d'entrée des inhomogénéités.
