Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conversion A/N incluant un compteur (16) pour compter un signal d'horloge, un convertisseur N/A (17) pour convertir une sortie numérique du compteur en une valeur analogique, un comparateur (18) pour comparer une sortie analogique du convertisseur N/A (17) et une valeur de détection de courant d'excitation analogique délivrée par une résistance de détection de courant (9) et délivrer un résultat de comparaison, un circuit ET (19) pour calculer un produit logique d'un signal de sortie du comparateur et du signal d'horloge et délivrer le produit logique au compteur, et une mémoire (22) pour mémoriser la sortie du compteur conformément à un signal de transfert. La sortie du compteur est remise à zéro lorsqu'un signal de remise à zéro y est entré.
