Abstract

The rotisserie comprises a resistant structure defined by two inverted U frames (3) located opposite each other in parallel planes. These frames form supporting feet (4). The frames are held at their corners by two parallel coplanar cross members (5) on which coplanar L sections or angle irons (6) are located. These are inclined towards the front end of the rotisserie so that the grease from the rotating food flows towards a collector (8) mounted on supports (7). The collector is inclined towards one of the front ends of the rotisserie so that the grease flows into the receptacle (10) fixed to the collector. Removable rods (13) have a handle (14) which fit in bridges (12) between the corner pieces.
