La présente invention a pour objet une chaise-lit mobile pour malade, comprenant un châssis comportant quatre éléments terminés chacun par un galet, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte deux supports, pour les jambes, indépendants l'un de l'autre et incli- nables à volonté, ces supports étant solidaires dudit châssis auquel sont fixés, d'une part, une plaque munie d'un orifice .aboutissant à un récipient pour les excréments et, d'autre part,
des appuis destinés à supporter un pla teau amovible, un dossier étant articulé à ce châssis, de façon à pouvoir être déplacé pour prendre diverses positions comprises entre la verticale et l'horizontale, et à pouvoir être im mobilisé dans ces différentes positions.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en élévation. La fig. 2 en est une vue en plan, et la fig. 3 est une vue en coupe de l'extré mité libre d'un support pour les jambes.
La chaise-lit pour malade représentée, comprend un châssis en tubes métalliques constitué par deux longerons inférieurs 1, 2, deux longerons supérieurs 3, 4, entretoisés au moyen des montants. 5, 6, 7 et 8 et des tra verses 9 et 10; ce châssis comporte quatre éléments 11, 12, 13 et 14 terminés chacun par un galet, deux de ceux-ci, .les galets 15 et 16, sont pivotés, tandis que les galets 17 et 18 sont mobiles sur un axe fixe commun 19.
Le dossier 30 de cette chaise-lit est réalisé à l'aide d'un cadre métallique dont une -des extrémités 20 est destinée à pivoter dans des brides 21 et 22 reliées, d'autre part, à une tige horizontale 23 dont chacune des extrémi tés 24 et 25 est courbée à 90 pour venir cou lisser dans un tube vertical correspondant 26 et 27, solidaire d'un des montants 5, respecti vement 8 du châssis;
afin d'immobiliser la tige 23 à une hauteur déterminée, chacun des tubes verticaux susmentionnés possède une cheville destinée à venir en prise avec l'extré mité 24 ou 25 correspondante, cette cheville étant munie d'une tête 29 par l'intermédiaire de laquelle elle est déplacée.
Les. côtés latéraux 31 et 32 du cadre du dossier 30 sont réunis par une traverse 33, à laquelle sont soudées deux joues 34 et 35 réunies par un pivot 36 auquel est adaptée une crémaillère 37 destinée à venir en prise avec un tenon 38, fixé à deux flasques 39 et 40 dont les extrémités sont soudées aux éléments 10 et 42 du châssis. La crémaillère 37, qui est destinée à permettre de donner au dossier 30 l'inclinaison désirée,
peut être im mobilisée à Faide d'une cheville munie d'une tête 43, et venant en engagement avec les flasques 39 et 40.
La traverse 33 peut être munie de poi- gnées 44 permettant de déplacer la chaise-lit représentée. Chacun des côtés latéraux 31 et 32 du cadre du dossier, près de son extrémité libre, est muni d'une oreille 45 pouvant être orientée à volonté.
Une plaque en bois 46 sur laquelle peut être assis le malade prend appui, d'une part, sur la tige horizontale 23 dont la hauteur peut varier et, d'autre part, sur la traverse 9 ; cette plaque est percée d'un orifice 47, et comporte contre sa face infé rieure deux glissières 48 et 49 dans lesquelles viennent en engagement des supports recour bés 50, solidaires d'un récipient amovible 51, pour les excréments, muni d'un orifice limité par une bordure arrondie 52.
A la traverse avant 53 du châssis, par l'intermédiaire d'une tringle 54, sont pivotés deux supports indépendants 55 et 56 pour les jambes, les quels sont munis chacun d'une crémaillère 57 coulissant dans des fentes ménagées dans les montants correspondants 12, respectivement 14, dans lesquels elles peuvent être immobili sées, chacune à l'aide d'une cheville munie d'une tête 58.
Chacun des supports 55 et 56 comporte en regard l'un de l'autre une paroi latérale verticale 59 susceptible d'être rabattue, lors que ces supports sont immobilisés à la même hauteur, de manière à réunir ceux-ci.
Les montants 6 et 7 possèdent des prolon gements recourbés 60 et 61 à. chacun desquels est fixé un appui 62 en bois, comportant un évidement 63, dans lequel peut coulisser un tenon 64 d'un plateau 65 servant de table au malade. Le dossier 30, la plaque 46 et les supports 55 et 56 sont soigneusement rem bourrés.
Mobile chair-bed for the sick. The present invention relates to a mobile chair-bed for patients, comprising a frame comprising four elements each terminated by a roller, characterized in that it comprises two supports, for the legs, independent of each other and inclined. - Adjustable at will, these supports being integral with said frame to which are fixed, on the one hand, a plate provided with an orifice .abouting to a container for excrement and, on the other hand,
supports intended to support a removable plate, a backrest being articulated to this frame, so as to be able to be moved to take various positions between the vertical and the horizontal, and to be able to be mobilized in these different positions.

The chair-bed for sick depicted comprises a frame made of metal tubes consisting of two lower side members 1, 2, two upper side members 3, 4, braced by means of the uprights. 5, 6, 7 and 8 and crossings 9 and 10; this frame comprises four elements 11, 12, 13 and 14 each terminated by a roller, two of these, the rollers 15 and 16, are pivoted, while the rollers 17 and 18 are movable on a common fixed axis 19.
The backrest 30 of this chair-bed is made using a metal frame, one of the ends 20 of which is intended to pivot in flanges 21 and 22 connected, on the other hand, to a horizontal rod 23 of which each of the ends 24 and 25 is curved at 90 to come smooth in a corresponding vertical tube 26 and 27, integral with one of the uprights 5, respectively 8 of the frame;
in order to immobilize the rod 23 at a determined height, each of the aforementioned vertical tubes has a pin intended to engage with the corresponding end 24 or 25, this pin being provided with a head 29 through which it is moved.
The. lateral sides 31 and 32 of the backrest frame 30 are joined by a crosspiece 33, to which are welded two cheeks 34 and 35 joined by a pivot 36 to which is fitted a rack 37 intended to engage with a tenon 38, fixed to two flanges 39 and 40, the ends of which are welded to the elements 10 and 42 of the frame. The rack 37, which is intended to allow the backrest 30 to be given the desired inclination,
can be mobilized using an ankle provided with a head 43, and coming into engagement with the flanges 39 and 40.
The crosspiece 33 may be provided with handles 44 for moving the chair-bed shown. Each of the lateral sides 31 and 32 of the backrest frame, near its free end, is provided with an ear 45 which can be oriented at will.
A wooden plate 46 on which the patient can be seated is supported, on the one hand, on the horizontal rod 23, the height of which can vary and, on the other hand, on the cross member 9; this plate is pierced with an orifice 47, and comprises against its lower face two slides 48 and 49 in which come into engagement curved supports 50, integral with a removable container 51, for excrement, provided with an orifice limited by a rounded border 52.
At the front cross member 53 of the chassis, by means of a rod 54, are pivoted two independent supports 55 and 56 for the legs, which are each provided with a rack 57 sliding in slots made in the corresponding uprights 12 , respectively 14, in which they can be immobilized, each using an ankle provided with a head 58.
Each of the supports 55 and 56 has a vertical side wall 59 facing each other which can be folded down, when these supports are immobilized at the same height, so as to bring them together.
Uprights 6 and 7 have curved extensions 60 and 61 to. each of which is fixed a wooden support 62, comprising a recess 63, in which can slide a tenon 64 of a plate 65 serving as a table for the patient. The backrest 30, the plate 46 and the supports 55 and 56 are carefully filled.
