DEVICE FOR ROASTING FOOD
The purpose of this Utility Model is to provide a device for roasting food, especially used in open or closed fireplaces, and in reed trays.
The innovation of the device is the constructive configuration of the same, and the advantages that it offers-in relation to other devices of the same use.
The advantages presented by the device in relation to those of its type are, among others, the following: - Easy construction.
- Easy and safe handling.
A channeling and collection of fat detached from roasted or grilled meat or fish.
- Easy cleanliness of the device.
In accordance with the invention, the device is constituted by a metallic structure defined by two end portions in the form of a frame and with the configuration of an inverted "U" defining the legs, and, in addition, opposite and parallel by end crosspieces which are integral with the upper part.
The portions configured in "U" have one of their vertical branches of a length a little smaller than the opposite gure, to define a plane inclined towards the front.
On this plan, "L" profiles are welded on the corresponding vertex portion. These profiles are parallel so that they define channels where the grease runs towards the front part

anterior.
From the front part, from the respective crosspiece, two supports emerge, at different heights, on which an angular receptacle provided with an extreme orifice is coupled and mounted. This receptacle collects the fat leaving the mentioned orifice that communicates with a pipe or conduit through which the fat is poured into a vat integral with the said receptacle using the rods.
Said device has two resistant rods finished in handles or handles, which are inserted by means of bridges, formed between two profiles in "L", through which the rods are inserted. These rods support and modify the position of the device during its use and avoid burns to the user.
It is obvious that the device of the invention can undergo certain modifications of form, provided that the essential principle of the invention is not altered.
In order to better understand not only the constitution of the device but also the use of the same, a practical example of embodiment is described below, said embodiment being simply descriptive, but not limiting; all as shown in the attached drawings, in which:
Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the device of the invention.
Figure 2 shows a partial section view of Figure 1.
The drawings show the device 1 of the invention.
The device 1 is constituted by a resistant structure 2, defined by two frames 3, with an inverted "U" configuration.

sée, parallel and vis-à-vis, constituting tabs 4 which support the device.
These frames 3 are attached through crosspieces 5, parallel, on which there are, transversely and parallel to each other, L-shaped profiles 6, welded by the vertex.
From one of the crosspieces, two angular elements 7 emerge, on which a container 8 is mounted, in which the fat of the roast falls and is led through the profiles 6.
The fat is emptied from the container 8 through an outlet duct 9, in front of a vat 10, secured to the container by means of the vertical rods 11.
Said container is inclined towards the end which corresponds where the vat is located.
In several profiles 6, bridges are established 12, through which the rods 13 pass, supplied with sleeves 14 to reassemble and locate the device.
After having sufficiently described the nature of the invention, as well as the manner of carrying out in the application of the same, it is necessary to note that the arrangements mentioned. : beforehand and represented in the attached drawings, are subject to modifications of detail provided that they do not alter its fundamental principle.
