Abstract

The invention relates to a slaughtering facility. The slaughtering box comprises a channel section having a general shape like a U-shaped gutter into which the animal may be placed and held therein, the section being mounted so as to pivot on a frame 15, 16 about a spindle 10 directed longitudinally towards the base of the section. The animal is restrained by inflatable pneumatic means 30. The invention applies in particular to the ritual slaughtering of animals.

Claims
