Cette composition colorante contient un colorant, un liant résineux et un agent de contrôle de la charge électrique en tant que constituants principaux et se caractérise en ce que l'agent de contrôle de la charge électrique consiste en un sel métallique de l'acide salicylique ou d'un dérivé de cet acide répondant à la formule : (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) dans laquelle R**1, R**2 et R**3 = H, aryle ou alkyle en C1-C10 et Me = Zn, Ni, Co, Cu et/ou Cr.
