Description

The subject of the invention is a cooking oven comprising an envelope of

  muffle closed by a door serving as a cooking and roasting enclosure, provided at the bottom

and the roof of a heater.

  Baking ovens of this type are known to all. Such a baking oven consists of a muffle shell provided with a loading opening and which, as a rule, is made of an enamelled sheet metal body. The muffle jacket has a heating element at the top and bottom for the upper heating and the lower heating. Inside the muffle, a grill is often also provided. In addition, a fan can be arranged at the rear to stir the hot air in the muffle. To slide the cooking plates and the like, it is formed on the sides of the sheet metal body of the hollow guides. However, these muffle envelopes consisting of an enameled sheet body have the drawback that the dirt which is projected during cooking very quickly becomes encrusted by burning, in the enameled and porous sheet walls, which often means that
