Abstract

Le procédé se rapporte à un traitement thermo-mécanique d'un alliage non ferreux, durcissable par précipitation, en particulier en alliage Al-Mg-Si pour fil conducteur d'électricité. L'alliage est travaillé sous trempe dans la gamme des températures comprises entre les températures de travail à chaud et les températures de trempe. En particulier, l'alliage passe dans un train de laminage où il est d'abord laminé à chaud, et ensuite laminé sous trempe, afin de produire un fil machine qui peut être directement tréfilé sans traitement thermique intermédiaire.
