Abstract
Pile solaire au sélénium. Il comprend une pellicule transparente 14 d'oxyde conducteur déposé sur un substrat transparent 10 et une couche de sélénium polycristallin 16 forme une hétérojonction avec l'oxyde sous-jacent; une mince couche de tellure 15 interposée entre les couches d'oxyde et de sélénium constitue un lien métallurgique entre elles; une couche d'un métal à grande énergie libre 18 forme un contact ohmique avec la couche de sélénium 16. L'optimisation des caractéristiques optiques et électriques de chaque composant de la pile solaire permet d'obtenir des rendements techniques du rayonnement solaire dépassant environ 3,5 %.
