Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un activateur du plasminogène consistant à mettre des cellules animales ayant la capacité de produire un activateur du plasminogène en contact avec une solution nutritive aqueuse. Selon l'invention, la solution nutritive aqueuse contient un acide organique choisi dans le groupe consistant en acide fumarique, acide malique, acide succinique et acide glycolique; le dessin joint montre la quantité d'activateur de plasminogene produit en fonction des concentrations des acides organiques L'invention s'applique notamment à la biochimie.
