Abstract

Dispositif pour charger et vider des fours de boulangerie Le four 1, avec des compartiments de cuisson 2 divisés par des cloisons longitudinales comporte une table 4 réglable en hauteur fixée sur un chariot 3 mobile le long du four 1. Sur cette table 4 est placé un dispositif de dépot et de saisie 5 mobile selon la table 4 au moyen du moteur 14 entraînant un mécanisme à chaînes 12, 13. Ce dernier est relié au dispositif 5 par un chaînon et des taquets d'entraînement. Applications : fours de cuisson, notamment de boulangerie
