Abstract

L'invention concerne un noyau de transducteur magnétique en ferrite et son procédé de fabrication. Le noyau comporte une partie en saillie définie par des surfaces parallèles. Ces surfaces sont usinées au moyen d'une meule à poussière de diamant soigneusement préparée pour que son faux-rond soit réduit au minimum dans la direction axiale et dans la direction radiale. Les grains de ferrite sont ainsi usés par la meule plutôt que d'être arrachés de la surface. L'invention s'applique notamment à des têtes magnétiques de mémoires à disque.
