Les parois latérales présentent des rainures horizontales dans lesquelles on peut glisser une grille ou des plaques de cuisson 14. On a prévu la possibilité de fixer, aux faces frontales des parois latérales, des profilés 6 comportant des moyens de support 7 ou 16 pour un tourne-broche ou pour une paroi antérieure 9. La paroi antérieure 9 sert à fermer le devant de l'espace de cuisson accessible par, au moins, une porte 15 ménagée dans la paroi antérieure 9. Application aux barbecues.
