Abstract

Produit comestible. Il est constitué par un filet à brins extrudés fait en une substance se prêtant à ce traitement (matières grasse, pâtes de céréales, etc). La pâte initiale, préparée en 3, est refoulée par 6 dans le dispositif chauffant 7, puis à travers la vanne 9 vers la tête 1 équipée de filières concentriques tournantes 2 qui débitent un filet tubulaire. Un mandrin axial peut permettre d'injecter par 8 dans ce filet un remplissage approprié pour réaliser un produit composite. Application à la confiserie.
