Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transmission de puissance. Ce dispositif de transmission de puissance du type dans lequel le vilebrequin 3 d'un moteur à combustion interne 2, l'arbre de transmission 4 intermédiaire entraîné par le vilebrequin et les arbres d'entrée et de sortie 6, 7 de la boîte de vitesses 5 entraînée par l'arbre de transmission 4 sont montés dans un carter de mécanisme 1 en étant positionnés en parallèle les uns avec les autres est caractérisé en ce que les quatre arbres sont positionnés, au niveau de leurs lignes axiales, dans un plan commun 8, le carter de mécanisme 1 étant construit de manière à être divisable selon ce plan en des demi-coquilles supérieure et inférieure 1a, 1b. Ce dispositif est utilisé dans les motocycles.
