Abstract

Procédé pour récupérer le gaz superflu dans l'extinction à sec du coke et appareil utilisable pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. Un gaz de circulation superflu dans une installation d'extinction à sec de coke, qui est obtenu en réglant l'addition d'un gaz diluant au gaz en circulation pour refroidir la tour de refroidissement pour du coke chauffé au rouge déchargé du four à coke de manière que la composition du gaz superflu soit de plus de 4 % de H2 , plus de 14 % de CO, moins de 1 % de O2 et que son pouvoir calorifique soit supérieur à 700 kcal/Nm** 3, est séparé par ramification de la canalisation de gaz en circulation et réutilisé pour addition au gaz combustible provenant du four à coke. La figure est une vue montrant la relation de la quantité d'air introduite dans le système de circulation avec la quantité du gaz superflu et le pouvoir calorifique du gaz superflu. Application du gaz de circulation comme gaz combustible.
